Background: All know that the Question began in Hub City at the age of twenty-one. At that start, he was violent - but sane. He had his own brand of tempermental justice, and after a few years, he had come upon Lady Shiva - and had gotten a thorough beating to the edge of death, was shot in the face, then dumped into a lake.

Yet, he survived.

During his recovery, he trained with Richard Dragon. He learned martial arts, bordering on the skill of the urban legend Dark Knight himself. With his skills, he continued to go on as the Question, attempting instead less temper and more of a Zen Philosophy. However, Hub City continued to crumble and deteriorate, in spite of his efforts. Former girlfriend Myra became the new mayor, stressed beyond belief. Best friend Aristotle "Tot" Rodor struggled to keep Vic in one piece. And so on.

Vic slipped away from reality. He further began to step into a second world, the world of energy and chi and death. He thought himself enlightened. He better trained himself over the years, being fully in tap of two worlds:

The regular plane of reality that normal humanity (and aliens and so on) live upon, and the plane of existence that shows the energies of the planet, people, dead, and so on. Chi.

In that regard, the Question can See and Hear two worlds.
